I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. My goal is to help you feel confident around food and consistent with your habits in a way that actually lasts.

Why I Do What I Do

Like many women, I’ve experienced the cycle of dieting, overthinking food, and feeling like I was either “on track” or completely off it. Over time, I realized that extreme approaches don’t lead to long-term results—or a healthy relationship with food.

That’s why my coaching focuses on balance, simplicity, and sustainability. No rigid plans. No food rules. Just practical guidance that fits real life.
